FOR CONSTRUCTING THE VETERANS' MEMORIAL IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500) to construct a veterans' memorial in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
