SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1247

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

REQUESTED BY Linda M. Lopez

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to construct a health facility in the south valley in Bernalillo county; and

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to improve the Los Padillas community center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

• to the historic preservation division of the office of cultural affairs

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to renovate and improve the Hubbell house in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

• to the state fair commission

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for improvements for the New Mexico state fair in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
