FOR THE PURCHASE OF LAND FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITY AND HOUSING PROJECT IN ANTHONY IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for the purchase of land for an industrial facility and housing project in Anthony in Dona Ana county.
