FOR VOIDING A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION AND REAUTHORIZING AND APPROPRIATING TO CONSTRUCT AND FURNISH A BUILDING FOR THE BORDER AUTHORITY IN SANTA TERESA IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

The project authorized in Subsection 2 of Section 12 of Chapter 110 of Laws 2002 to the economic development department to purchase and install technology infrastructure for e-commerce initiatives statewide is void. The state board of finance may issue and sell severance tax bonds upon certification by the border authority that the need exists for the issuance of the bonds in the amount of thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to the border authority to construct and equip a building for the border authority in Santa Teresa in Dona Ana county.
