FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for crosswalk improvements at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county; and

thirty-seven thousand five hundred dollars ($37,500) to purchase security cameras for parking lots at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
