FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to improve roads, including Montana Vista, Wharthem and Joy drive, in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
