FOR EQUIPMENT FOR NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to purchase equipment for New Mexico highlands university intramural activities in Las Vegas in San Miguel county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase equipment for the New Mexico highlands university alumni organization in Las Vegas in San Miguel county.
