FOR A BUILDING FOR THE MORA-COLFAX HEAD START IN MORA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to construct a building for the Mora-Colfax head start in Colfax county.
