FOR PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION OF AN IRRIGATION SYSTEM FOR THE MANZANO SPRING AND DITCH ASSOCIATION IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

two hundred twenty-one thousand six hundred fifty dollars ($221,650) for the planning and construction of an irrigation system for the Manzano spring and ditch association in Torrance county.
