FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WATER SYSTEM FOR THE ABO MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred sixty-six thousand five hundred dollars ($166,500) for improvements, land acquisition and easements for the Abo mutual domestic water consumers association in Torrance county.
