FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING, RENOVATING AND FURNISHING A BUILDING FOR AN ADULT COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design, renovate and furnish a building for an adult community mental health program in Bernalillo county; provided that the building is owned by Bernalillo county and the county holds title to the land.
