FOR PURCHASING EQUIPMENT FOR KRWG TELEVISION STATION AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

one hundred sixty-eight thousand dollars ($168,000) to purchase and install equipment for KRWG television station, to continue converting to digital technology per federal mandate, at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
