FOR THE PURCHASE OF BOOKS AND FURNITURE FOR THE ANTHONY VALLEY LIBRARY IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for the purchase of books and furniture for the Anthony Valley library in Dona Ana county.
