REAUTHORIZATION TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR
IMPROVEMENTS AT ATHLETIC FACILITIES AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS
CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.
The proceeds from the sale of severance tax bonds appropriated to the local government division of the department of finance and administration pursuant to Subsection 399 of Section 22 of Chapter 110 of Laws 2002 for site development, landscaping and equipment purchase and installation for a neighborhood park on Hillrise drive in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are reauthorized and appropriated to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for improvements at athletic facilities at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
