FOR THE DEVELOPMENT, DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, EQUIPPING AND FURNISHING OF A WASTE CONVERSION PILOT PROGRAM IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000) for the development, design, construction, equipping and furnishing of a waste conversion pilot program in Sandoval county.
