FOR TRAFFIC LIGHTS AT FORTIETH STREET AND NORTHERN BOULEVARD IN RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred sixty-five thousand dollars ($165,000) for traffic lights at Fortieth street and Northern boulevard in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.
