SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 50

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

REQUESTED BY Mary Jane Garcia

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to construct a boxing facility at the Dona Ana recreational facility in Dona Ana county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to construct a veterans' memorial wall in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
