FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR TIJERAS IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

four hundred seventy-six thousand three hundred dollars ($476,300) for the planning, design and construction of phase 3 water system improvements in Tijeras in Bernalillo county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty-eight thousand dollars ($258,000) for phase 1 of the Tijeras village center preservation and development project in Bernalillo county.
