SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 96

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

REQUESTED BY Richard C. Martinez

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) to construct additions to the Jemez Springs volunteer fire department building in Sandoval county;

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to purchase a truck for the Jemez Springs volunteer fire department in Sandoval county;

five thousand dollars ($5,000) to purchase equipment for the Jemez Springs volunteer fire department in Sandoval county; and

ninety-five thousand dollars ($95,000) to construct and equip phase 1 of the convention and economic development center in Jemez Springs in Sandoval county.
