FOR THE PURCHASE OF LAND AND CONSTRUCTION OF A FACILITY FOR ROBERT F. KENNEDY CHARTER SCHOOL IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) for the purchase of land and construction of a facility for the Robert F. Kennedy charter school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
