FOR RECREATION FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to improve the Dona Ana recreation facility in Dona Ana county.
