FOR PURCHASING LAND FOR THE AGUA SANA WATER USERS ASSOCIATION IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase land for the Agua Sana water users association in Rio Arriba county.
