FOR IMPROVING AND EQUIPPING THE WATER SYSTEM FOR EL SALTO MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS' ASSOCIATION IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to improve and equip the water system for El Salto mutual domestic water consumers' association in Taos county.
