FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING, CONSTRUCTING AND EQUIPPING PHASE 2 OF THE YOUTH SHELTER AND FAMILY SERVICE FACILITY IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred sixty-five thousand dollars ($165,000) for planning, designing, constructing and equipping phase 2 of the youth shelter and family service facility in Santa Fe county.
