FOR ACQUIRING TECHNOLOGY FOR ESPANOLA'S PUBLIC ACCESS CHANNEL AND TELEVISION PRODUCTION FACILITY THROUGH NORTHERN NEW MEXICO STATE SCHOOL IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of northern New Mexico state school

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to acquire technology for Espanola's public access channel and television production facility through northern New Mexico state school in Rio Arriba county.
