FOR PLANNING A MIDDLE COLLEGE ON THE CAMPUSES OF NORTHERN NEW MEXICO STATE SCHOOL IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of northern New Mexico state school

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for planning a middle college on the campuses of northern New Mexico state school in Espanola and El Rito in Rio Arriba county.
