FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A PARKING LOT AT MONTANO AND THE RIO GRANDE IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for the construction of a parking lot at the southwest corner of Montano and the Rio Grande in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
