FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING, CONSTRUCTING AND EQUIPPING A WATER SYSTEM FOR THE COMMUNITY OF PASTURA IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

two million three hundred forty thousand dollars ($2,340,000) for the planning, designing, constructing and equipping of a water system in the community of Pastura in Guadalupe county.
