FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING AN ANIMAL SHELTER IN CHAMA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, design and construct an animal shelter in Chama in Rio Arriba county.
