REQUESTED BY Carlos R. Cisneros

FOR IMPROVEMENTS, INCLUDING A TURNING LANE AND DRAINAGE, AT THE INTERSECTION OF NEW MEXICO HIGHWAY 68 AND LA JOYA STREET IN ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for improvements, including a turning lane and drainage, at the intersection of New Mexico highway 68 and La Joya street in Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
