FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING, CONSTRUCTING AND PURCHASING EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS OF WAY FOR A SEWER LINE ON PACHECO AND LAMB STREETS IN ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

six hundred ninety thousand dollars ($690,000) to plan, design, construct and purchase easements and rights of way for a sewer line on Pacheco and Lamb streets in Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
