FOR IMPROVEMENTS AND CONSTRUCTION ON FOURTEENTH STREET IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred twenty-seven thousand ninety-seven dollars ($127,097) to improve and construct Fourteenth street in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
