FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE BIBO DOMESTIC WATER SYSTEM IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred sixty-five thousand dollars ($365,000) for improvements to the Bibo domestic water system in Cibola county.
