FOR A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT FAIRVIEW EXTENSION AND EL LLANO ROAD AT THE ESPANOLA HIGH SCHOOL INTERSECTION IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for a traffic signal at Fairview extension and El Llano road at the Espanola high school intersection in Rio Arriba county.
