FOR A BUILDING TO HOUSE AGENCY OFFICES FOR THE MIDDLE RIO GRANDE COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct a building to house agency offices for the middle Rio Grande council of governments in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
