SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 395

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

REQUESTED BY Lidio G. Rainaldi

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE RAMAH CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan and design an outdoor youth recreation center for the Ramah chapter of the Navajo Nation in Cibola county; and

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to improve and expand a wastewater lagoon for the Ramah chapter of the Navajo Nation in Cibola county.
