FOR PHASE 1 STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN MOSQUERO IN HARDING COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

four hundred forty-two thousand two hundred dollars ($442,200) for phase 1 street improvements to Third street, McNeil avenue and Fourth street in Mosquero in Harding county.
