FOR INSTALLATION OF LIGHTS FOR THE SOCCER FIELD AT THE BEN ALTAMIRANO SPORTS COMPLEX IN SILVER CITY IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for the installation of lights for the soccer field at the Ben Altamirano sports complex in Silver City in Grant county.
