FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN CLOUDCROFT IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

sixty-five thousand five hundred dollars ($65,500) to renovate, improve and equip Zenith park in Cloudcroft in Otero county; and

• to the state department of public education

thirty-three thousand dollars ($33,000) to improve and equip the playground at Cloudcroft elementary school in the Cloudcroft municipal school district in Otero county.
