FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT THE NEW MEXICO FARM AND RANCH HERITAGE MUSEUM IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the office of cultural affairs

two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($225,000) to improve the site and infrastructure, including constructing or restoring the Rio Hondo bridge and pathways to the barns and interpretive centers, at the New Mexico farm and ranch heritage museum in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county; and

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan, design and construct barns and interpretive centers at the New Mexico farm and ranch heritage museum in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
