FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WATER SYSTEM FOR THE DESERT SANDS MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

four hundred thirty-one thousand dollars ($431,000) for improvements to the water system for the Desert Sands mutual domestic water consumers association in Dona Ana county.
