FOR CONSTRUCTION OF AN ADMINISTRATION BUILDING FOR THE LA UNION DOMESTIC WATER ASSOCIATION IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for the construction of an administration building for the La Union domestic water association in Dona Ana county.
