FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE COMMUNITY CENTER IN DEL CERRO IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for improvements to the community center in Del Cerro in Dona Ana county.
