FOR CONSTRUCTING A MULTIPURPOSE FACILITY FOR ATHLETIC PROGRAMMING AND ACTIVITIES IN HOBBS IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to construct a multipurpose facility for athletic programming and activities in Hobbs in Lea county.
