FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE ADELINO HEAD START CENTER AT THE BELEN CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL DISTRICT IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for improvements, including electrical and plumbing, to the Adelino head start center at the Belen consolidated school district in Valencia county.
