FOR PURCHASING AND INSTALLING A SECURITY SYSTEM FOR THE COURTHOUSE IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to purchase and install a security system for the courthouse in Valencia county.
