SUMMARY

 

     Synopsis of Bill

 

House Bill 650 would authorize DGF to set aside up to two elk licenses to be sold to persons under the age of 21, who have been diagnosed as having a life threatening illness.  These persons must be qualified as such through a nonprofit wish-granting organization.

 

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS

 

House Bill 650 does not contain an appropriation and would not have a fiscal impact on DGF.
