House Joint Memorial 32 requests that members of the New Mexico congressional delegation be requested to support meaningful class action legal reform and medical malpractice liability reform as well as any other legal reform.

 

     Significant Issues

 

As frivolous lawsuits increase, the cost of insurance for heath care rises along with other costs for products and services.  Because of the rising cost, the availability of products and services decline.
