     Synopsis of Bill

 

House Joint Memorial 120 declares March 2003 as “Eagle Scout Month at the Legislature” and  recognizes and congratulates the following eagle scouts: Chris Brennand, Caleb Crawford, Cole Daeshel, David Donatelli, Ian Frank, Chris Leeman, Russell Louden, Phillip Lujan, John Rodke, Jacob Rogers, Alex Van Amberg, Brian Sewel and Will Wells from Troops 53, 57 and 412.

 

     Significant Issues

 

Eagle scouts, through hard work, have earned a minimum of 21 merit badges and developed skills in many different areas that will help them through their entire lives
