SUMMARY

     Synopsis of Bill

Senate Bill 278 contains two minor changes to the Construction Industries Licensing Act:

  • Clarifies that the Construction Industries Division will adopt (instead of approve and adopt) examinations on codes.

  • A correction to a title of an act referenced in the Construction Industries Licensing Act that adds CNG to make the act’s title accurate.
